New members join the CMO team

As part of our commitment to delivering excellent customer service, Construction Materials Online is pleased to welcome new team members, Sonya and Liam.

As an online building supplies merchant, each of our stores Roofing Superstore, Drainage Superstore and Insulation Superstore provide convenience with 24/7 online ordering, huge choice and direct delivery to a specified address. However, we have always maintained that it isn’t enough to be ‘just’ another online retailer and that one of the most important services we can offer is a friendly, responsive team who give sound advice and great support. Sonya and Liam will now help us to continue to do this.

At the same time as our new helpline members join the company, we have expanded our offices at the Airport Business Centre in Plymouth. The new office allows our team to be much more comfortable, has been fitted with acoustic insulation to reduce noise levels from our busy phone lines and gives us even more room to grow!

Our helpline is for customer enquiries, orders, advice and assistance and is available from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
